Company
What does FOX World Logistics do?

FOX is a UK freight forwarder and multi-carrier logistics partner based near London Heathrow. We arrange import, export, transhipment and customs solutions by air, sea and road, including express courier, air cargo, seafreight, EU road, e-commerce, dangerous goods, automotive, on-board courier, and UK sameday and nextday delivery.

Where is FOX World Logistics based?

We are headquartered at Unit 5, Viscount Industrial Estate, Horton Road, Poyle, SL3 0DF, around five minutes from London Heathrow Airport. FOX was founded in 2015 and is part of the KIE Group.

Which countries does FOX ship to?

Our worldwide express network reaches nearly 200 countries from any point in the UK. Air cargo carries a particular specialism across Australasia, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the USA, supported by our own network of agents and overseas partners.

Accounts & portal
How do I open an account with FOX?

Complete the open an account form with your name, company, email, phone and a preferred username and password. Only the essentials are required. A specialist then sets up your rates and routings, and you can log in to the FOX portal to book, quote and track.

How do I get a quote or make a booking?

Log in to the FOX online portal to request quotes and raise bookings for drop-in or collected shipments across every mode. You can also call the LHR office on 01753 699188 or email info@fox-delivers.com.

Can I track my shipment online?

Yes. Use FOX Quick-Track with your FOX reference or carrier tracking number for live status, or log in to the portal for full milestones, documents and proof of delivery.

Customs
Does FOX handle customs clearance?

Yes. We provide import clearance, export clearance, MOU temporary storage transhipment, merchandise-in-baggage clearance, Importer of Record services and customs consultancy at Heathrow and all UK points of entry.

My goods are stuck in customs. Can FOX help?

Often, yes. Goods are held for many reasons, such as a missing or incorrect commercial invoice, an incorrect HS code or ECCN, an undervalued declaration, or a consignee unwilling to engage with local customs or act as Importer of Record. We will usually already have an established pathway to clearance.

What is an Importer of Record (IOR) service?

An IOR service is used when the final consignee cannot, or would rather not, clear goods themselves. FOX manages the regulated import process, which is common for IT and electronic equipment and may also involve export licensing. We have provided IOR and export management for many years.

Specialist services
Can FOX ship dangerous goods and lithium batteries?

Yes. We ship IATA-defined dangerous goods, including lithium battery consignments, worldwide by express integrator or traditional airfreight. IATA-accredited staff guide you through the process and options.

What is the difference between an on-board courier and NFO?

An on-board courier (OBC) hand-carries an urgent shipment, using our network of over 400 couriers near major airports worldwide. Next-flight-out (NFO) is used when the size or weight exceeds OBC limits, moving cargo on the next available flight via our overseas offices and airline relationships.

Does FOX offer UK domestic delivery?

Yes. UK Sameday provides point-to-point delivery with access to over 3,000 vehicles, live tracking and full proof of delivery. UK Nextday offers cost-effective next-day delivery using recognised household-name carriers.

What is transborder cross-trade?

Transborder cross-trade moves goods between two countries without transiting the UK, for example Australia to Singapore or Hong Kong to Germany, using our agent network and integrator services.
